Payments

J Dezigns require all clients to make the full payment unless told otherwise before beginning a service. At this time, we are accepting PayPal, Debit/Credit, Zelle, and Cash App. Once the payment is finalized, we will begin completing your service. Pricing that are avail to you now are subject to change. Please note that if any changes are made during the design process, the agree payment will remain the same.

 

Refunds

J Dezigns do not offer refunds whatsoever. If you are not satisfied with a design, we offer up to 3 free revisions until there is an additional fee. You are able to cancel your order if needed but still no refund will be given. 

 

Freestyle

Don't have an idea in mind? We can come up with one for you. Please note that we will try our best to create your vision but it may not the be the exact one. Please be sure to  give/list specific details. Again, if you are not satisfied with your order, the 3 free revisions will still apply. 

 

Timeframes

We've listed timeframes in each description of each service. We complete all services Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. We do offer same day designs, please be sure to read all details when booking. It is important that we stay within the duration of your design. Once the payment is sent,  please be sure that all of your details have been sent within 1-2 business days as well. Failure to do so, will result in your order being canceled and your design nonrefundable. 

 

 

Design Delivery

Logo designs are sent in PNG, PDF, AND .AI. All drawings converted digital will be sent in .AI and PDF. Any other services such as flyers, business cards, etc are all sent .PNG and PDF. If you need another format or to decrease the sizing, please fill out our contact form or email us at info@thejdezigns.com. There is no additional charge to receive another format or change of sizing. Once your design is finalized and has been emailed, you are responsible for the copyrights and trademarks. 

NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
